Eating quickly and healthy#Oatmeal Cake





What you need:

Oatmeal Linseed (you do not need that one, but I add it to everything I can, because it is extremely good for your skin and not only) 
Egg 
Water or Milk ( I add a little bit of water or soy milk, depending on with what I eat my oatcake) 
Drop of oil


That is pretty much all you need to the basic 
But I do not recommend eating it without any extras



With what you can eat your oatmeal cake?
1. Greek yogurt and berries 
2. Peanut butter and bananas 
3. Dark chocolate and strawberries 
4. Cottage cheese and raspberries
...
and anything that comes to your mind.

This time I made one with greek yogurt, blueberries and raspberries.






The recipe is very easy, you just mix all ingredients together and fry your oatmeal cake for few minutes
(Remember to switch sides, which can be very tricky). 
In the matter of proportions you need to find your own balance-
my advide is to try few options and go with the one that fits you the best. 
When your oatcake is ready, all you have to do is to add the extras you have chosen and your done!

Let's skip!


Is December a good time to start working out?
Any time is good, only now you may have a better motivation as we approach the happy time 
of Christmas and New Year parties.
You can be amazed how much you can do in a month (little less than a month).
If you want to burn some calories cardio may be something for you.
What is it?
A physical activity of relatively low intensity (ap. 60%-85% of your heart rate depending on your physical condition)
What can it be?

My cardio is totally based on a skipping rope. (You may also use it in your interval trainings.)

And I know most of you associate skipping rope with carefree childhood time 
but believe me after just a few minutes you will change your mind.

Time to be organized!




I'm planning to bring some order out here. 
The most important thing is that I came to the conslusion 
that I need to be more organized and not only post more reguralry but also coherently.
I am still working on the concept, so stay tuned 
(and if you have any suggestions, feel free to share it in the comments section).
For sure I want to bring back the outfit series 
and that is the first one after the moving-into-the-new-city-starting-university-and-finding-a-job-break.

Czym jest moda? (First double language post)

Moda dla mnie jest czymś niesamowicie osobistym.

Jest wyrażeniem tego kim jesteśmy,
co czujemy i jak chcemy być widziani przez innych.

Ma moc sprawiania, że czujemy się lepiej.

Daje nam możliwość schowania się 
pod warstwami materiałów i ukrycia przed światem.

Jest sztuką użyteczną.
Bawiącą się kolorami i wzorami.
Eksperymentując z fakturą i kształtem.
Zmieniając rozmiary i igrając z konstrukcją.

Moda jest tym, czym chcemy żeby była.
Czego potrzebujemy.
I think that fashion is a very personal thing.

It is the expression of who we are, what we feel 
and how we want to be seen.

It has the power to make us feel better.

It gives you an opportunity to hide 
under layers of fabirc.


Fashion is a form of a usable art.
It plays with colors.
Has fun with textures.
